With more than 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kristin has built her career around a genuine passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the markets she serves. Her experience spans roles as a top-producing Sales Director in San Francisco and Sacramento, as well as National Director of Sales at Altos Research, one of the country’s leading resources for real-time real estate analytics.

Throughout her career, Kristin has developed the expertise to communicate, negotiate, and close transactions across a wide range of audiences, while gaining an in-depth understanding of real estate markets and trends on both a local and national scale.

Previously, Kristin served as Sales Director at The Harrison and One Steuart Lane, where she personally closed more than $439 million in San Francisco real estate. She also helped lead the opening of One Steuart Lane, generating more than $265 million in initial closings, and played a key role in the successful sellout of The Harrison, which surpassed $500 million in total sales.
